1. Clay Commission Process

1. Share your ideas, reference images, and details in this form.
The more you share your character references, additional details, backgrounds, your wishes, the better I can understand your vision and deliver a final product that meets your expectations. You can easily estimate your order pricing here: PRICE LIST
Once the design is finalized, no changes can be made. I do not accept commissions to replicate another artist's work, and samples are not provided.2. Deposit.
🔸 For orders under $50, a 100% deposit, including shipping fee, is required.
🔸 For orders over $50, a 50% deposit per item is required. Deposit must be sent before work begins (non-refundable for cancellations).3. Completion Time.
🔸 Standard: 14–18 days per order (including 3 days for the clay to dry and cure).
🔸 Rush Orders: Completed in 10 business days for an additional +$20 fee. (including 3 days for the clay to dry and cure).
The drying and curing process is essential to ensure the quality of the final product, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.4. Shipping.
You will only receive photos of the finished product before shipping. Upon final payment, the order will be shipped.
If you need to change your shipping information, please contact me directly on Instagram/Email as soon as possible. Once an item has shipped, I cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of an incomplete/fault address.

2. Keycap Commission Process

1. Idea Discussions.
• We'll discuss your ideas in detail. Please provide specific information about character's poses, facial expressions, costumes, and any other design elements you envision. You can easily check your design package pricing here: PRICE LIST
• Once the design is finalized, and we reach an agreement, I'll proceed to the next step. I do not accept commissions to replicate another artist's work, and samples are not provided.2. Deposit.
🔸 For single design, a 100% deposit, including shipping fee, is required.
🔸 For mass order 3+, a 70% deposit is required. Deposit must be sent before work begins.3. Sketching. (3-5days)

• The sketch will be based on our discussion, and will include a proposed color palette.
• If you provide your own sketch, the process can be shortened; however, the price remains unchanged.
• You can suggest colors by providing hex codes using tools like Coolors.co or HTML Color Codes.
• You may request up to 2 revisions of the sketch. After the second revision, you'll need to finalize one of the provided options.
• If you choose to cancel the order because none of the designs meet your expectations, 70% of your deposit will be refunded.4. Sculpting. This is the longest phase and I have to concentrate on. I do appreciate your patience.
🔸 Draft Sculpting:
• Once the sketch is approved, the sculpting process begins.
• The draft sculpture will be completed in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
• The sculpture will match the sketch 90% accurately, but minor adjustments may be made to enhance the keycap's functionality. Any changes will be informed to you.

🔸 Touching Up:
• After you approve the draft sculpture, an additional 2-week is needed for refinement, including smoothing and adding detailed touches.
• At this stage, we've journeyed through a significant part of the process together, so refunds or design changes are no longer possible. If you cancel the order, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Clone Casting (1 Week):
A transparent clone will be created with resin-base casting to ensure the keycap functions properly on a keyboard.

4. Painting:
🔸 For a single design, the painting process, including base coating, color application, and top coating, takes approximately ~1 week to ensure the layers are fully secured.
🔸 For bulk orders of 3 or more keycaps or multiple designs, the timeline will be estimated and discussed with you individually.

5. Shipping.
You will only receive photos of the finished product before shipping. Upon final payment, the order will be shipped.
